Q: I’m looking for something similar to an item on your site, can you get me the exact item I want?
A: Most likely, yes! Please don’t hesitate to contact us for that hard to find item… we will try our very hardest to locate it!

Q: Will you ship over seas?
A: Yes! We have shipped hundreds of packages to Canada, Europe, Australia…we’d ship to the moon if we could!

Q: I see an item listed in your eBay store, but I don’t “do” eBay. Can I buy the item directly from you?
A: Sometimes we’ll be able to sell you the item you’ve located on eBay and other times we will have to let the auction run its course. Generally if it’s a new item we’ll have more than one and will sell you one right away. Used or one-of-a-kind item auctions will generally not be sold directly as it is in direct violation of eBay’s seller policies.

Q: I live in the Phoenix area, can I pick the item up to save money on shipping?
A: Of course! You can pick it up from us or we can meet you. Please contact us for more detail.

Q: How do you ship and how quickly can I get my shipment?
A: We use either USPS or UPS and use First Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you have a PO Box, we can only ship via USPS. If you need something immediately we will be happy to ship 3 day, 2 day or Overnight for an extra fee. Most orders are shipped the same day.
